Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 June 2021, which was granted under those regulations to Joanne Cutting, in respect of Barnardos Early Learning Home Based Wellington Toru (60162), situated at 100 Tory Street, Te Aro, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
