Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i), of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 July 2014, which was granted under those regulations to Melissa Henderson, in respect of Family Ties Educare - Macandrew Bay (80013), situated at 10 Greenacres Street, Macandrew Bay, Dunedin.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
