Under section 70(2) of the Reserves Act 1977, the undersigned, Department of Conservation, appoints:

Nigel Charles Harrison Babbage, of Christchurch

Jeffrey John McCall, of Christchurch

to be trustees of the Riccarton Racecourse Recreation Reserve in place of the late Clive McCall; and Mr George Ritchie who has resigned.
