Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Diana Sarfati, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 1 September 2022;

1. This notice shall be read together with Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“principal notice”), published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 October 2013, Issue No. 143, Notice No. 2013-go6693.
2. The notice is amended in respect of “Waitematā District Health Board”
1. by omitting the name and title
   “Dr Gregory Scott Finucane, Liaison Psychiatrist, of Auckland”,
2. and substituting the name and title
   “Michelle Dawson, Registered Nurse, of Auckland”.
