Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 January 2021, which was granted under those regulations to Amy Warwood, in respect of Barnardos Early Learning Home Based Canterbury Two (83056), situated at 64 Langdons Road, Papanui, Christchurch.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
