Pursuant to section 37(1)(c) of the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001 (“Act”), I Emma Prestidge, Group Manager, Quality Assurance and Safety, Regulatory Services, under the delegation of the Director-General of Health cancels the designation of Q- Audit Limited to audit the provision of health and disability services under the Act.

This cancellation takes effect from 29 July 2022.
