Under section 181(1) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby dissolve Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Huiarau (1748) Board and direct the Secretary for Education’s delegate to appoint a Commissioner to replace that board.

Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Huiarau (1748) Board under section 180 of the Education and Training Act 2020 (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 July 2022, Notice No. 2022-go2501).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
