Pursuant to section 103 of the Telecommunications Act 2001, I hereby declare

Aotearoa Towers Limited (Company No.: 468449; NZBN: 9429039223586)

to be a network operator for the purposes of the Telecommunications Act 2001.

This declaration is conditional on, and will have effect immediately upon, the completion of the transfer by Vodafone New Zealand Limited (Company No.: 927212; NZBN: 9429037753115) of all of the shares in Aotearoa Towers Limited, as a result of which Aotearoa Towers Limited and Vodafone New Zealand Limited are no longer deemed to be treated as 1 person for the purposes of sections 102(3) to 102(5) of the Telecommunications Act 2001.
