The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment hereby gives notice that an incorrect section was referred to in the Gazette notice publishing the COVID-19 Response (Requirements For Entities—Modifications and Exemptions) (Exemptions from Companies Act 1993 and Limited Partnerships Act 2008) (New Zealand Gazette, 13 April 2022, Notice No. 2022-go1375).

The Gazette notice referred incorrectly to section 26 of the COVID-19 Response (Requirements For Entities—Modifications and Exemptions) Act 2020. The correct section reference is section 26A of the COVID-19 Response (Requirements For Entities—Modifications and Exemptions) Act 2020.

This notice corrects the section reference in the Gazette notice published on 13 April 2022 and is not intended to affect the remainder of the notice.
