Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has appointed:

Bryan Roger Chapple, of Wellington

as an associate member of the Commerce Commission, for a term commencing on 29 August 2022 and ending on 27 August 2027, in respect of matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986, Fair Trading Act 1986, Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003, Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001, Fuel Industry Act 2020, and Retail Payment System Act 2022.
