Pursuant to section 23(3) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed the Dunedin City Council to have the control and management of the Arthur Street Cemetery, being Section 87 SO 22376 Block XIX Town of Dunedin as from the date of signing.
