Under Section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955

In the matter of section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Valley Estates Limited:

Take notice that I, David Ross Green, Senior Solicitor, hereby disclaim on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, pursuant to section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955, the reversionary interest of Her Majesty The Queen in the land in Record of Title CB7C/1254 being described as Lot 11 DP 12610 with an area of 8m², the registered proprietor of that reversionary interest being Valley Estates Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register in or around February 1974.
