Pursuant to section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

1. Title

This notice is the Community Work Centre (Breezes Road, Aranui, Christchurch) Notice 2022.

2. Commencement

This notice takes effect from 1 June 2022.

3. Breezes Road, Aranui, Christchurch – Community Work Centre

The land described in the Schedule is declared to be a community work centre to be known as the Breezes Road, Aranui, Christchurch – Community Work Centre.

4. Revocation

The Periodic Detention Centre (Kingsley Street (Christchurch)) Notice 2000 (S.R 2000/96) as notified in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 June 2000, No. 61, page 1362, is revoked.

Breezes Road, Aranui, Christchurch Community Work Centre

All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 0.7055 hectares, more or less, being Part Lot 1, DP 34432 and being all of the land comprised and described in Record of Title CB16K/368.
