Pursuant to section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

1. Title

This notice is the Community Work Centre (High Street, Dunedin) Notice 2022.

2. Commencement

This notice takes effect from 1 June 2022.

3. High Street, Dunedin, Community Work Centre

The land described in the Schedule is declared to be a community work centre to be known as the High Street Dunedin, Community Work Centre.

4. Revocation

The Periodic Detention Centre (King Edward Street (Dunedin)) Notice 1999 (S.R 1999/1) as notified in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 January 1999, No. 1, page 75, is revoked.

High Street, Dunedin Community Work Centre

All that parcel of land in the Otago Land District containing 0.1351 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2 DP 19922 and being all of the land comprised and described in Record of Title OT11A/1080.
