Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager to the Te Horo School (Ōtaki) (3038) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 June 2021, Notice No. 2021-go2257).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
