Pursuant to section 13 of the Privacy Act 2020 and section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint:

as the Privacy Commissioner for a term of five years year commencing on 5 July 2022.
