Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 6 November 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Te Maari Whare, in respect of Te Kōhanga Reo o Te Moananui (40194), situated at Owhata Reserve, Owhata, Rotorua.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
