Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 December 2012, which was granted under those regulations to Katrina Straka, in respect of Kohimarama Montessori Pre-School 1 (20095), situated at 17 Geraldine Place, Kohimarama, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
