Section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37(1) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I approve Marsden Point Marine Terminal (located at Marsden Point, Whangārei) and now operated by Channel Terminal Services, CN: 7861898, as a place of first arrival as of 30 May 2022 to receive the following craft and cargo types subject to the limitations specified:

Limitations:

Marsden Point Marine Terminal is able to receive the following craft:

• Commercial Vessels
• Defence Force Craft

that are able to discharge the following cargo types:

• Bulk Cargo (Non approved systems)
• Passengers, Crew and their personal effects

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Tower, 34–38 Bowen Street, Wellington.
