Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Harriet Bridgewater, Senior Solicitor, The Treasury, hereby give notice that on 13 May 2022 the Group Manager | Pou Whakahaere ā-Roopu | Resourcing, Ministry of Education, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Education, and on 5 May 2022 the Secretary to the Treasury, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Finance, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161 of that Act, for Avonhead School board to invest up to $250,000 into Forsyth Barr Limited’s managed portfolio investment fund.
