This notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 3) 2022
2. Commencement
This notice comes into effect on 26 May 2022.
3. Certain Tariff item Statistical Key codes and units amended
The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical key codes represented by Tariff item and codes 2403.11.10 00F and 2403.11.90 00K and substituting the statistical key codes specified in the First Schedule to this notice. The statistical key unit being aligned with the new statistical key codes is also being amended.

Explanatory Note
This notice amends the Tariff item 2403.11.90 00K to align with the changes made to the Excise and Excise-equivalent Duties table around the calculation of excise-equivalent duty payable on the importation of water pipe tobacco. Tariff item 2403.11.10 00F is likewise being amended so that the statistical units recorded for the two codes under subheading 2403.11 are comparable.
