Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 March 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Te Pou Mitchell, in respect of Te Kōhanga Reo ō Orongomai Marae (64003) situated at 1 Railway Avenue, Upper Hutt CBD.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
