Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has reappointed:

Joseph Enoch James Liava’a, of Auckland

as an Associate Member of the Commerce Commission, for a term commencing on 16 May 2022 and ending on 7 June 2025, in respect of matters arising under the Fair Trading Act 1986, Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003, Commerce Act 1986 and Telecommunications Act 2001.
