I, Carolyn Tremain, Chief Executive of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), give notice under section 409 of the Building Act 2004 (“Act”) that the following material is proposed for incorporation by reference into the CodeMark Scheme Rules (rules made by the Chief Executive of MBIE under section 272E of the Act):

• NZS ISO/IEC 17025:2018 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
• AS/NZS ISO/IEC 17065:2013 Conformity assessment – requirements for bodies certifying products, processes, and services.

Copies of the material to be incorporated by reference can be viewed free of charge during working hours from the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment, 15 Stout Street, Wellington 6011.
