Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 January 2016, which was granted under those regulations to John Lockley, in respect of Te Whānau Pūtahi Early Childhood Education Centre (30027), situated at 37 Oxford Street, Fairfield, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
