Pursuant to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has reappointed

Dr Dale Bramley

as Chair of the Board of the Health Quality & Safety Commission, for a two-year term of office commencing on 23 March 2022; and reappointed

Andrew Connolly

as a member of the Board of the Health Quality & Safety Commission, for a three-year term of office commencing on 23 March 2022.
