Pursuant to Part VII of the Public Trust Act 2001, I, Kaylene Winstanley, Manager Finance Support Services, correct the notice titled “Unclaimed Property—Notice of Election by Public Trust to Become Manager”, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 March 2022, Notice No. 2022-gn1207 by correcting the Schedule of Property from:

“Schedule of Property

More particularly described as Unit 12 Deposited Plan South Auckland 32405 for a term of 999 years as from and including 1 January 1983 in timeshare week number 16 and being Identifier number SA28D/132 Computer Unit Title Register (South Auckland Land Registry).”

and substituting with:

“Schedule of Property

More particularly described as Unit 12 Deposited Plan South Auckland 32405 for a term of 999 years as from and including 1 January 1983 in timeshare week number 16 and being Identifier number SA30B/67 Computer Unit Title Register (South Auckland Land Registry).”.
