Notice is hereby given that on 2 September 2022, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the Collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Rhino Concrete Services Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) to comply with the terms of the Mortgage.
