In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of the Mortgage over goods (a Business Overdraft Facility Agreement dated 13 July 2018, a General Security Deed dated 11 January 2018 and a Specific Security Deed dated 11 January 2018) (“mortgage”) over a 2017 Ivar Superac boiler serial numbered 160178 (“collateral”).

Notice is hereby given that on 29 July 2022, Heartland Bank Limited (“mortgagee”) entered into possession of the collateral following the failure of the mortgagor, Tetrad Holdings Limited to comply with the terms of the mortgage.
