Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

Notice is hereby given that on 22 July 2022, Heartland Bank Limited (“Mortgagee”) entered into possession of the collateral following the failure of the mortgagors, Anthony Leigh Sullivan and Neica Elizabeth Sullivan, to comply with the terms of the mortgage.
The registered office of the Mortgagee is 35 Teed Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
