Mortgagors: Raymond John Harris and Fiona Jane Prout.

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 (“Act”), and in the matter of mortgage instrument 10458958.3 (“Mortgage”):

Nelson Building Society, a duly incorporated building society having its registered office at 111 Trafalgar Street, Nelson, as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that on 8 July 2022, pursuant to orders of the High Court at Nelson in proceeding CIV-2022-442-23, the Mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below:

Description of Mortgaged Land: All the land situated at 275 Aorere Valley Road, Bainham comprised in Records of Title NL28/82 and NL24/66.
