Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. Yoko Fukuda, of address unknown, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto; and
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule of Property

A stratum estate in freehold as to an undivided 1/51 share within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 2010 in a unit in a timeshare apartment building known as Edgewater Club situated at 54 Sargood Drive Wanaka 9305, and ordinarily known as Lot 1 (GAT) Week 9 – Two Bedroom. More particularly described as Unit GAT and Accessory Unit GAT1 Deposited Plan 19797 for a term of 999 years as from and including 4 April 1988 in timeshare week number 9 and being Identifier number OT12A/518 Computer Unit Title Register (Otago Land Registry).
