Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

a. Alex Rex Innes-Mills and Linda Innes-Mills, of address unknown, are the owners of the property described in the Schedule hereto; and
b. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule of Property

A stratum estate in freehold as to an undivided 1/51 share within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 2010 in a unit in a timeshare apartment building known as Fairway Lodge situated at 54 Golf Road Turangi 3334, and ordinarily known as Lot 12 Week 15 - Two Bedroom. More particularly described as Unit 12 Deposited Plan South Auckland 32405 for a term of 999 years as from and including 1 January 1983 in timeshare week number 15 and being Identifier number SA30B/66 Computer Unit Title Register (South Auckland Land Registry).
