Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. Joseph Chang and Sylvia Chang, of address unknown, are the owners of the property described in the Schedule hereto; and
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule of Property

A stratum estate in freehold as to an undivided 1/51 share within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 2010 in a unit in a timeshare apartment building known as Mt Hutt Resort situated at Zig Zag Road Rakaia Gorge Canterbury 7782, and ordinarily known as Lot 2 (1E) Week 37 – One Bedroom. More particularly described as Unit 1E Deposited Plan 55251 and 1/3 share in Unit 1H Deposited Plan 55251 for a term of 999 years as from and including 1 September 1991 in timeshare week number 37 and being Identifier number CB35B/536 Computer Unit Title Register (Canterbury Land Registry).
