Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. Linda Christine Rose and Tony Fuimaono, of address unknown, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto; and
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule of Property

A stratum estate in freehold as to an undivided 1/51 share within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 2010 in a unit in a timeshare apartment building known as Ridge Resort situated at 67 Goldfield Heights, Queenstown 9300, and ordinarily known as Lot 13 Week 39A – Even – Three Bedroom. More particularly described as Unit 13 Deposited Plan 20743 for a term of 998 years as from and including 1 January 1989 in timeshare week number 39A – Even and being Identifier number OT12D/929 Computer Unit Title Register (Otago Land Registry).
