Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. Nedra Lynn Eldridge, of address unknown, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto; and
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule of Property

A stratum estate in freehold as to an undivided 1/51 share within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 2010 in a unit in a timeshare apartment building known as Club Paihia situated at 67 Williams Road, Paihia 0200, and ordinarily known as Lot 24 (2A) Week 48 – One Bedroom. More particularly described as Unit 2A and Accessory Unit 26 and 1/8 share in Accessory Unit 2 and 1/8 share in Accessory Unit 113 Deposited Plan 103950 for a term of 999 years as from and including 16 November 1988 in timeshare week number 48 and being Identifier number NA70D/883 Computer Unit Title Register (North Auckland Land Registry).
