Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. Michael Frank and Annett Ines Gunther, of address unknown, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto; and
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule of Property

A stratum estate in freehold as to an undivided 1/51 share within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 2010 in a unit in a timeshare apartment building known as Club Paihia situated at 67 Williams Road, Paihia 0200, and ordinarily known as Lot 82 (8E) Week 3 – Two Bedroom. More particularly described as Unit 8E and Accessory Unit 70 and 1/2 share in Accessory Unit 118 Deposited Plan 103950 for a term of 999 years as from and including 1 August 1995 in timeshare week number 3 and being Identifier number NA102A/323 Computer Unit Title Register (North Auckland Land Registry).
