Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

a. Edward Hanton and Beryl Hanton, of address unknown, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto; and

b. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule of Property

A stratum estate in freehold as to an undivided 1/51 share within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 2010 in am unit in a timeshare apartment building known as Club Paihia situated at 67 Williams Road, Paihia 0200, and ordinarily known as Lot 31 (3A) Week 7 – One Bedroom. More particularly described as Unit 3A and Accessory Unit 32 and 1/3 share in Accessory Unit 98 and 1/6 share in Accessory Unit 3 Deposited Plan 103950 for a term of 999 years as from and including 15 March 1987 in timeshare week number 7 and being Identifier number NA64B/437 Computer Unit Title Register (North Auckland Land Registry).
