I intend to remove the following limited partnerships from the Register under section 98A(1)(a) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 on the grounds that these limited partnerships do not comply with section 8(1) or (4) of the Act.

MATUA ZC LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
MOTOKA FILM LP
NGA WHENUA KAIKOHE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
POWER PAPER LP

Unless, under section 98A(3) of the Limited Partnerships Act 200, written objection to the removal of any the above-named limited partnerships is delivered to the Registrar by 6 December 2022 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove the limited partnerships from the Register.
