Public Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

We, Daran Nair and Heiko Draht, liquidators of KIWI BIRD TRANSFERS AND TOURS LIMITED (formerly NZ TRANSFERS & TOURS LIMITED) (in liquidation) and JDM NZ LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered offices were situated at 280 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051, and PUNNU INVESTMENT LIMITED (in liquidation), DJ HOLDINGS (2011) LIMITED (in liquidation) and AVIGHNA LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered offices were situated at 97 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051, hereby give notice, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

The date by which an objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 14 November 2022.
