Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

VEOLIA ENERGY TECHNICAL SERVICES PTY LTD (Company Number: 889036) hereby gives notice in accordance with section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) of its intention to be removed from the Companies Register pursuant to section 318(1)(d) of the Act.

Any objection to the removal pursuant to section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar by 26 October 2022.
