Notice of Intention to Remove Incorporated Society From the Register

Notice is hereby given that THE OTAGO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE INCORPORATED (in liquidation) will be removed from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.

Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 must be delivered to the Registrar by 14 September 2022.
