Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

The liquidation of the above companies has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) sent to the Registrar together with application for removal from the Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

Any objections to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of this notice.
