Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of PRIVEER ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in liquidation) and KSS SUPERMARKET LIMITED (in liquidation):

Notice is given that pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed final reports on the liquidations with the Registrar of Companies, it is intended to remove the above two companies from the New Zealand Companies Register.

Any objection to the removals pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 31 August 2022.
