Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Steven Khov, Kieran Jones and Thomas Rodewald, joint liquidators of the above-named company, hereby give notice of their intention to remove this company from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 5 July 2022.
