Notice of Intention to Remove Incorporated Society From the Register

Notice is hereby given under section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that an application will be made to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies to remove the above-named society from the Register of Incorporated Societies, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act, that applies by virtue of section 26(3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act have been sent to the Registrar, thereby completing the liquidation pursuant to section 249 of the Act.

Objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days from the date of this notice, otherwise it will be removed from the Register.
