Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

I, Thomas Lee Rodewald, liquidator of the above companies, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar my final reports on these liquidations, it is intended to remove both of the companies from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 21 June 2022.
