Notice of Approval of a Charitable Scheme Under Part 3 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, in Respect of The Trevor Wilson Charitable Trust (No. 2)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 (“Act”), that on 24 August 2022, the Honourable Justice Dunningham, at the Christchurch High Court, approved the scheme under Part 3 of the Act, varying the terms of the trust deed of THE TREVOR WILSON CHARITABLE TRUST (NO. 2).
