Notice of Approval of a Charitable Scheme Under Part 3 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, in Respect of RMH South Island Trust

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 (“Act”) that on 2 June 2022, the Honourable Justice Eaton, at the Christchurch High Court, approved the scheme under Part 3 of the Act, varying the terms of the trust deed of RMH SOUTH ISLAND TRUST.
