AMP LIMITED, a registered overseas ASIC company incorporated in New South Wales, Australia, and an entity registered with the New Zealand Companies Office and the ultimate parent company of the AMP group of companies, hereby gives public notice that it ceased to carry on business in New Zealand effective from 2 February 2022 when it ceased using any share transfer or registration office in New Zealand, and that it intends to apply to deregister from the New Zealand Overseas Companies register as it is no longer carrying on business in New Zealand.
